By Submitting Photos You are Agreeing to the Following Terms:

• All photos submitted are all-age appropriate and are not sexual or perverted in nature.
• The photographs you submit are photographs you have personally taken and are not the pirated work of another photographer.
• If you are uploading photographs NOT personally taken by you, you must have the express consent of the original photographer.
• The photographs you submit will be reviewed and may or may not be accepted and posted by The Image Exchange. Acceptance is at our discretion.
• Photographs which are accepted by The Image Exchange will be available for purchase at $1.00 USD per download. Photographers will receive a portion of this purchase price, paid monthly via PayPal.
• Photographers may request to be credited when their photographs are used for public work. This option must be selected at the time of upload to be valid.
• You agree to allow The Image Exchange to display your photographs on our webiste, www.theimageexchange.com, for viewing by the public.
